Description

A simple and delightful Easter chocolate bark recipe that is easy to make and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces good quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 12 ounces good quality milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pastel-colored candy melts
  • 1/2 cup Easter-themed sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped pretzels

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl using the same method as the white chocolate.
  5. Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the white chocolate layer. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the chocolates together to create a marbled effect.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the Easter-themed sprinkles, mini chocolate eggs, and chopped pretzels over the chocolate.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely set.
  8. Once firm, break the chocolate bark into pieces.
  9. Store the chocolate bark in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can use different types of chocolate, such as dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like chopped nuts, dried fruit, or crushed cookies.
  • For a cleaner break, score the chocolate with a knife before it fully hardens.
