- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped pecans, granola, extra drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir the ingredients together until they are fully mixed and the color is uniform.
- Taste the mixture and add more maple syrup or spice if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
- Add your preferred toppings, such as pecans or granola.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, use frozen pumpkin puree or chill the finished bowl for 15 minutes.
- If you do not have pumpkin pie spice, mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ginger, and a small pinch of nutmeg and cloves.
