- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix well until a uniform dough forms.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a different flavor, add 1/4 cup shredded coconut to the mix.
- If the mixture is too dry, add one tablespoon of water or milk.
- These keep well for up to one week in the fridge.
