Description

Simple recipe for soft, flavorful garlic knots perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (13.4 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal strips.
  3. Take each strip and gently stretch it slightly. Tie each strip into a simple knot.
  4. Place the knots onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown.
  6. While the knots bake, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and salt in a small bowl.
  7. Remove the hot knots from the oven. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over all sides of the warm knots.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use dried parsley if fresh is not available, using 1 teaspoon.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
