Ingredients
Scale
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for sauce)

Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the pork chops for 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the chops grill, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the chopped oregano, minced garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Whisk well.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Spoon the Ladorigano sauce generously over the rested pork chops before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute dried oregano for fresh, using 1 teaspoon dried oregano for the recipe.
- Adjust grilling time based on the thickness of your pork chops.
