  • 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the pork chops for 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. While the chops grill, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the chopped oregano, minced garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Whisk well.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon the Ladorigano sauce generously over the rested pork chops before serving.
