- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll half into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the coated roll halves in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
- Let the rolls soak in the egg mixture for a minute to absorb more liquid.
