- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the honey butter sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is heated through and coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
