- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the sauce and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and sauce to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and cold water to create a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into the skillet and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.

- You can substitute brown sugar for honey if you prefer a less sweet flavor.
