  • 2 tablespoons water (optional, if using cornstarch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. If you want a thicker sauce, whisk together cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then stir into the simmering sauce. Cook for another minute until thickened.
