- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon the honey mustard glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
