Ingredients

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
- Chop the Honeycrisp apples into pieces similar in size to the broccoli.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apples, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the dried cranberries with raisins if preferred.
- For a crunchier texture, toast the sunflower seeds lightly before adding them.
