  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
  2. Chop the Honeycrisp apples into pieces similar in size to the broccoli.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apples, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
