- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup Italian dressing (oil and vinegar based)
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces salami, chopped
- 8 ounces pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Place the cooled pasta in a large bowl.
- Add the cubed provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the bowl with the pasta.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Stir in the fresh parsley.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
