Description
Make fun, pumpkin-shaped beef sliders perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 small slider buns
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Small pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the beef mixture into a flat patty slightly larger than your cookie cutter.
- Use the pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter to cut out slider patties. Rework any scraps and cut more patties.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the sliders for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through to your preference.
- Lightly brush the tops and bottoms of the slider buns with melted butter. Toast the buns lightly on the skillet for about 1 minute.
- Assemble the sliders with the cooked beef patties inside the toasted buns.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
- For extra flavor, add a slice of cheese before the last minute of cooking.
