- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) box oyster crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, vegetable oil, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl.
- Pour the oil and seasoning mixture over the crackers.
- Toss gently until all crackers are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir the crackers.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
