- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and water.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Top with chopped bacon.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce before serving.
