  • 1.5 lbs cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms together in their original arrangement.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the buns in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top buns.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice between the individual sliders, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
