An easy, no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, a creamy strawberry and cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries.

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 (14.4 ounce) package graham crackers
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in milk and vanilla extract.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Arrange half of the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat layers of graham crackers, remaining cream cheese mixture, and remaining strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
Notes
- For best results, chill overnight.
- You can substitute other berries for strawberries.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth mixture.
