Description
A recipe for a turkey roulade suitable for a main course.

- 2 lb turkey breast, boneless and skinless
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Butterfly the turkey breast to create a flat, even piece of meat.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and thyme.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the flattened turkey breast.
- Lay the prosciutto slices over the filling.
- Tightly roll the turkey breast from one end to the other to form a roulade. Secure the roll with kitchen twine at intervals.
- Rub the outside of the roulade with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
- Place the roulade in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 45 to 55 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) is reached.
- Remove the twine before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the filling ingredients with your preferred herbs or cheeses.
- Let the roulade rest for 10 minutes after cooking before slicing.
