- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives in a large bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the vegetables.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
