- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
- Season the salmon fillet with jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the salmon in a pan over medium heat until done, about 3-4 minutes per side. Flake the salmon with a fork.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.
- Top the avocado toast with the flaked jerk salmon.
