Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 French baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each slice of baguette.
- Top each buttered bread slice with a generous portion of the chopped lobster meat.
- Place the prepared bread slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the lobster is heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen lobster meat. If using frozen, ensure it is fully thawed and drained.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
