Ingredients

- 1 loaf crusty bread
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice bread in half horizontally.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture over bread halves.
- Place bread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until bread is golden and tomatoes are softened.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Use any type of crusty bread.
- Adjust garlic to your preference.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
