A tropical rum cocktail with pineapple, lime, and mint.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves gently in a shaker.
  2. Add rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Double strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
