Description
A tropical rum cocktail with pineapple, lime, and mint.
Ingredients

- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves gently in a shaker.
- Add rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well.
- Double strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
Notes
- Adjust simple syrup to your sweetness preference.
- For a stronger mint flavor, add more mint leaves.
