These no-bake bars combine the rich flavor of dark chocolate with the nutty crunch of pistachios for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Toast the pistachios lightly in a dry pan until fragrant. Let cool and roughly chop.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Spread evenly and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a sweeter bar, add more honey or maple syrup.
- You can substitute other nuts like almonds or walnuts for the pistachios.
- Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top before freezing for an extra flavor boost.
