Easy no-bake bars with graham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolate.

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 (10.5 ounce) package mini marshmallows, divided
- 12 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 8 cups of the marshmallows (reserve the rest) and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add graham cracker pieces and stir to coat.
- Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For easier cutting, chill the bars for about 30 minutes before slicing.
- You can substitute milk chocolate chips with semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
