Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package mini marshmallows, divided
  • 12 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 8 cups of the marshmallows (reserve the rest) and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Add graham cracker pieces and stir to coat.
  4. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For easier cutting, chill the bars for about 30 minutes before slicing.
  • You can substitute milk chocolate chips with semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
