A simple recipe for making strawberry and Oreo ice cream without an ice cream maker.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Chill a large bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
- Beat the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the strawberry puree until streaks appear.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, such as a loaf pan.
- Cover the container tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For a smoother puree, blend the strawberries until completely smooth.
- Adjust the amount of Oreo cookies based on your preference for cookie pieces.
