  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, condensed soup, water, and ranch seasoning mix.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the uncooked pasta.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
