- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Notes
- You can use other types of cheese like mozzarella or Parmesan.
- Add garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor.
