- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- While chicken bakes, sauté garlic in the same skillet (remove chicken first) for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken with the creamy garlic sauce.
