A refreshing homemade lemonade with tropical passionfruit and sweet peach flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup passionfruit pulp (from about 6–8 passionfruits)
- 1 cup peach puree (from about 2 ripe peaches)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 6–8 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
- Peach slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the passionfruit pulp, peach puree, and lemon juice.
- In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely to make a simple syrup. Let it cool.
- Pour the cooled simple syrup into the pitcher with the fruit juices.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint sprigs and peach slices if desired.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, you can strain the passionfruit pulp before adding it to the pitcher.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
- You can use frozen peaches for the puree; thaw them before blending.
