- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
