Description
Quick and easy pepperoni pizza quesadillas, perfect for a fast meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
- Distribute half of the pepperoni slices over the cheese on each tortilla.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla, pepperoni and cheese side up, into the hot skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes on each side, until the quesadilla is golden and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve.
- Repeat with the remaining tortilla and ingredients.
Notes
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- Add other pizza toppings like diced peppers or onions.
- Adjust cheese and pepperoni amounts to your liking.
