Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, oil, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
