A refreshing non-alcoholic raspberry lemonade drink.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Muddle the fresh raspberries in a pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the raspberry lemonade mixture over the ice, filling each glass about halfway.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs if desired.
Notes
- Adjust simple syrup to your sweetness preference.
- For a smoother drink, strain the raspberry mixture before adding sparkling water.
