Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, mixed berries, celery, and red onion in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and berry mixture.
- Gently fold all ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
