  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the grapes to the pan, tossing them gently with the sprouts.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
  7. Serve immediately.
