- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
- Return the steak to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of sesame oil at the end.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
