- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (11 ounce) package vanilla wafers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer half of the vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange half of the sliced bananas and half of the sliced strawberries over the wafers.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the fruit.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining wafers, bananas, strawberries, and pudding mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For best results, prepare the pudding at least 4 hours in advance to allow flavors to meld.
- You can add a splash of vanilla extract to the pudding mixture for extra flavor.
- Garnish with extra strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
