Ingredients

- 1 cup ripe mango chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1–2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Combine frozen mango chunks, lime juice, water, agave nectar, and red pepper flakes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
Notes
- For a milder spice, reduce the red pepper flakes or omit them.
- If you don’t have frozen mango, use fresh mango and add a few ice cubes to the blender.
