  2. Melt the milk or dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl using the same method.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer in random patterns.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the Halloween sprinkles, candy corn, and candy eyeballs over the chocolate before it sets.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
