Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender steak and shrimp with noodles and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces dried egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine steak, shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add steak and shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the vegetables. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use different vegetables in this stir-fry, such as carrots, snow peas, or mushrooms.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to your taste.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
