Description
A creamy and refreshing gelatin dessert made with three kinds of milk and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1 gallon fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 (0.3 ounce) packages strawberry-flavored gelatin mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream of coconut in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Cut strawberries in half.
- Dissolve gelatin mixes in boiling water in a separate bowl. Add cold water and stir.
- Pour enough milk mixture into a 13×9 inch dish to cover the bottom. Arrange strawberry halves over the milk mixture.
- Pour remaining milk mixture over the strawberries.
- Carefully pour the gelatin mixture over the milk and strawberries.
- Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Ensure the milk mixture is chilled before adding the gelatin.
- You can use other fruits like raspberries or blueberries.
- Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
