Ingredients

- 8 slices white bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Remove crusts from all bread slices.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, strawberry jam, and vanilla extract until combined. If using, stir in the chopped pecans.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto four slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining four slices of bread.
- Cut each sandwich into four small triangles or use a cookie cutter for shapes.
Notes
- For cleaner cuts, chill the assembled sandwiches for 15 minutes before slicing.
