Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Popsicles

Description

Simple recipe for refreshing frozen popsicles made with strawberries and kiwi.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, kiwi, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until solid.
  6. To release, run the outside of the mold briefly under warm water.

Notes

  • For a less sweet popsicle, reduce the sugar amount or omit it entirely if your fruit is very ripe.
  • You can substitute water with coconut water for added flavor.
