Description
Simple recipe for refreshing frozen popsicles made with strawberries and kiwi.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, kiwi, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until solid.
- To release, run the outside of the mold briefly under warm water.
Notes
- For a less sweet popsicle, reduce the sugar amount or omit it entirely if your fruit is very ripe.
- You can substitute water with coconut water for added flavor.
