- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping until no streaks remain.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Garnish with fresh berries before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For a chocolate crust, use chocolate cookie crumbs instead of graham cracker crumbs.
- You can use different fruit juices for varying flavors, such as lime or orange.
- This pie can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
