Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a chocolate crust, use chocolate cookie crumbs instead of graham cracker crumbs.
  • You can use different fruit juices for varying flavors, such as lime or orange.
