Ingredients

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugars dissolve.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce.
- Add garlic powder and ginger powder.
- Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
