Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugars dissolve.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth.
  4. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce.
  5. Add garlic powder and ginger powder.
  6. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
