- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or sweetener

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
- Stir well until everything is mixed evenly.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats before eating.
- Add toppings if desired.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat milk or add an extra tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Top with chopped pecans or a dollop of yogurt before serving.
