Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked sweet potato, cooled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the cooked sweet potato, almond milk, frozen banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add more frozen banana.
- You can substitute dates for maple syrup if you prefer natural sweetener.
