  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce cups.
  9. Top with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro.
  10. Serve with lime wedges.
