- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce cups.
- Top with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
