- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked egg noodles and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Top with more cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking for a golden crust.
