Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked egg noodles and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
